Tyson Law offers flat fees for legal issues involving contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

Flat Fees: Contracts

Below are a few of the flat fees commonly offered for contracts. While these are the most popular options, they are by no means the only ones offered, and so don’t hesitate to get in touch about flat fees for other types of contracts.

Basic Contract Review

$250+

The flat fee for a basic contract review starts at $225.* Mark reviews your contract and then explains what the terms mean, answers any questions you have, and offers negotiation tips, if applicable. This is a popular choice with freelancers, consultants, employees, and other individuals who don’t want to blow through their budget but do want to make sure they’re protected.

*The fee you’re quoted may be higher depending on the complexity of the project.

Contractor Agreement

$750+

The flat fee for preparing a contractor agreement starts at $625.* Using contractors, rather than hiring employees, can be a considerable cost-saver to businesses. But you can’t do this safely without contracts in place that clearly set out the nature of the relationship between your business and the contractors you use. Using a free template you don’t fully understand is no substitute for a custom contract.

Master Service Agreement

$1,000+

The flat fee for preparing a master service agreement starts at $1,000.* Service agreements are commonly split into the master service agreement (MSA), which sets out the legal terms of the relationship, and the statements of work (SOW), which contain the business details for each discrete project. Using an MSA allows you to lock in the legal side of things so that you can keep your focus on the business side.
